Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that support brand positioning, lead generation and business growth.
Manage the group’s digital presence, including websites, SEO, Google Ads, Pinterest, Instagram and EDM campaigns.
Create engaging content across digital and print channels, including project stories, case studies, photography, video and social media.
Lead project marketing, visual storytelling and content development to showcase our architecture, interiors, craftsmanship and completed work.

Coordinate photography and video shoots, working with external creative partners to develop high-quality project content.
Oversee internal events and support the group’s participation in industry events and initiatives.
Develop marketing collateral, presentations, proposals and other materials that support business development.
Work closely with the founders and wider team to identify opportunities for brand development and commercial growth.
Provide operational and administrative support across the business, including client onboarding and fee proposal preparation.
Skills & experience
We are looking for someone with:
2–3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within architecture, interiors, construction, property or another design-led industry.
A strong understanding of the architecture and design sector and its key audiences.
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering marketing strategies alongside hands-on content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories and communicate confidently with architects, designers, clients and industry professionals.
Strong digital marketing experience across social media, websites, SEO, Google Ads and email marketing.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and external suppliers.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom with experience managing and updating websites through Squarespace.
A creative eye and genuine interest in architecture, interiors, photography and visual culture.
A proactive, commercially minded approach and the confidence to work independently.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across creative, commercial and construction teams.
A current driver’s licence.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing across a growing group of design and construction businesses, working closely with experienced founders and creative teams across some of Sydney’s most considered residential projects.
