We are a bespoke design and construct company located in Paddington, Sydney, with over 20 years of experience. We specialise in mid to high-end residential projects predominantly in the eastern suburbs, inner west and lower north shore.
Our firm has a relaxed studio culture and supportive work environment which aims to facilitate individuals to reach their potential through collaboration with our internal building team, construction managers, estimators, architects and interior designers, all being under the one roof.
We are seeking a motivated & experienced carpenter to work with our site team. The successful candidate will be able to carry out all forms of carpentry, have a keen eye for detail, be able to work well with others and work unsupervised when required. This role will also involve guiding and leading apprentices. You will be punctual, reliable and well-presented.
White card is essential. Your own vehicle and unrestricted driver's license are also essential to enable you to make your own way to site efficiently.

Looking to gain Landscape Gardener experience alongside highly qualified tradespeople? We are seeking eager Landscape Gardeners Assistant.
MAINTAIN by Modify is the dedicated landscape division of Modify, a design and construction business. It seamlessly complements our home renovation and new build projects by creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed gardens and ensuring their long-term care through ongoing maintenance.
We are seeking a Landscape Assistants who will be working alongside our Head Gardener. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and with our team when required to service our clients' homes, ensuring the ongoing integrity of their carefully landscaped gardens. In addition, this role will include the installation of new gardens as and when required.
Modify’s head office is in Paddington, however the maintenance covers predominantly Sydney's Eastern Suburbs as well as the Sutherland Shire.
What we are looking for:
A positive attitude and pride in presentation and appearance
The ability to work independently and within a team environment
The desire to learn and have a passion to progress within the landscape sector of the building industry.
Have a keen eye detail.
Be punctual, reliable and well-presented.
Have a strong work ethic
