We are a bespoke design and construct company located in Paddington, Sydney, with over 20 years of experience. We specialise in mid to high-end residential projects predominantly in the eastern suburbs, inner west and lower north shore. Our firm has a relaxed studio culture and supportive work environment which aims to facilitate individuals to reach their potential through collaboration with our internal building team, construction managers, estimators, architects and interior designers, all being under the one roof.
We are seeking motivated & experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager to work with our site teams. You’ll oversee site operations, coordinate trades/subcontractors, drive program and quality, and ensure WHS compliance. You’ll liaise closely with our PMs, engineers and consultants to resolve issues quickly and keep projects on time and on budget.Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all on-site works and subcontractors
Work on the tools as needed to support the team
Monitor program, quality, and compliance with CDC/DA and engineering specs
Enforce WHS in line with SafeWork NSW requirements
Manage procurement, deliveries and site logistics
Produce daily reports and maintain accurate records
Conduct QA checks and manage defect rectification
Mentor junior staff and apprentices
Requirements
3+ years in a Foreman/Site Supervisor role
Trade qualified or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Standards, CDC/DA processes
Proven delivery of complex and luxury builds
Excellent leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills
Able to read drawings/specs to a high standard; competent with site reporting/project tools
White Card; Driver’s Licence (First Aid preferred)

We are seeking motivated & experienced skilled labourer / all-rounder with hands-on experience in construction. You will provide essential support to tradespeople and supervisors on active construction sites. Duties include manual labour, materials handling, assisting with concrete works, formwork support, demolition, site preparation and clean-up, and operating hand tools and small plant. You will play a key part in maintaining productivity and ensuring occupational health and safety compliance across all work activities.Key Responsibilities
General construction labouring duties
Supporting trades including carpenters, concreters, formworkers, and fit-out crews
Manual handling of tools and materials
Site preparation and clean-up
Assisting with demolition and strip-out works
Use of hand tools and light machinery
Spotting and plant guidance
Ensuring safe work practices and site compliance
Essential Requirements
Construction Industry White Card
Previous general construction labouring experience
Minimum 12 months of general construction labouring experience required
Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Commitment to safe work practices
Must be able to communicate in English fluently

We are seeking a motivated & experienced carpenter to work with our site team. The successful candidate will be able to carry out all forms of carpentry, have a keen eye for detail, be able to work well with others and work unsupervised when required. This role will also involve guiding and leading apprentices. You will be punctual, reliable and well-presented.
White card is essential. Your own vehicle and unrestricted driver's license are also essential to enable you to make your own way to site efficiently.
