MAINTAIN by Modify is the dedicated landscape division of Modify, a design and construction business. It seamlessly complements our home renovation and new build projects by creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed gardens and ensuring their long-term care through ongoing maintenance.

We are seeking a landscaper who will be working alongside our Head Gardener. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and with our team when required to service our clients' homes, ensuring the ongoing integrity of their carefully landscaped gardens. In addition, this role will include the installation of new gardens as and when required. 

Modify’s head office is in Paddington, however the maintenance covers predominantly Sydney's Eastern Suburbs as well as the Sutherland Shire.

An Australian driver's license is essential. Garden maintenance experience is ideal. Excellent communication skills are also a requirement to ensure you can work effectively with our team, and also to communicate effectively with clients. A can-do attitude and passion for plants will mean you fit in well with our young and vibrant team. 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A keen interest in soft landscaping and Horticulture

• An ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

• A strong work ethic with a desire to be introduce new ideas and initiatives

• Knowledge of plants, pest and diseases

• Have a keen eye for detail

• General knowledge of irrigation

• Knowledge of seasonal tasks eg soil improvement

• Ability to use all tools including hand and small motorised

• Cleaning and care of equipment

Modify is an established residential design and construct business with a successful track record in delivering projects of high quality, on time and on budget. We are seeking a motivated & experienced carpenter to work with our site team. 

The successful candidate will be able to carry out all forms of carpentry, have a keen eye for detail, be able to work well with others and work unsupervised when required. This role will also involve guiding and leading apprentices. You will be punctual, reliable and well-presented.

White card is essential. Your own vehicle and unrestricted driver's license are also essential to enable you to make your own way to site efficiently.

We are a bespoke design and construct company located in Paddington, Sydney, specialising in mid to high-end residential projects predominantly in the eastern suburbs, inner west and lower north shore.

Our firm has a relaxed studio culture and supportive work environment which aims to facilitate individuals to reach their potential through collaboration with builders, construction managers, estimators, architects and interior designers all under one roof.

We are seeking a motivated apprentice carpenter to work with our construction team. While working full time, you will be learning carpentry and construction fundamentals to complement your Carpentry TAFE studies under the supervision of skilled carpenters.

As a successful candidate, you will:

• Enrolled in Cert III Carpentry course at TAFE NSW

• Be able to work well with others

• Have a keen eye detail

• Have a willingness to learn and an interest in the building industry

• Be punctual, reliable and well-presented.

• Have a strong work ethic
