We are seeking an experienced semi-retired builder to join our site team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned builder who enjoys being hands-on and mentoring others. Whether you're looking for a full-time return or just a few days a week, we can offer a flexible role that fits your lifestyle.

The successful candidate will have the following capabilities:

• Provide on-site to support our project delivery

• Share building knowledge and mentor younger members of the team

• Assist with resolving construction issues and detailing solutions

• Work alongside site supervisors and trades to ensure high-quality outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed or previously licensed builder with extensive residential experience

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

• Passion for quality construction and a willingness to share knowledge

• Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working flexibly (days/hours can be tailored to suit)

The successful candidate will be able to carry out all forms of carpentry, have a keen eye for detail, be able to work well with others and work unsupervised when required. This role will also involve guiding and leading apprentices. You will be punctual, reliable and well-presented.

We are seeking a motivated apprentice carpenter to work with our construction team. While working full time, you will be learning carpentry and construction fundamentals to complement your Carpentry TAFE studies under the supervision of skilled carpenters.

• Enrolled in Cert III Carpentry course at TAFE NSW

• Be able to work well with others

• Have a willingness to learn and an interest in the building industry

Looking to gain Landscape Gardener experience alongside highly qualified tradespeople? We are seeking eager Landscape Gardner Assistant.

MAINTAIN by Modify is the dedicated landscape division of Modify, a design and construction business. It seamlessly complements our home renovation and new build projects by creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed gardens and ensuring their long-term care through ongoing maintenance.

We are seeking a Landscape Assistants who will be working alongside our Head Gardener. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and with our team when required to service our clients' homes, ensuring the ongoing integrity of their carefully landscaped gardens. In addition, this role will include the installation of new gardens as and when required. 

Modify’s head office is in Paddington, however the maintenance covers predominantly Sydney's Eastern Suburbs as well as the Sutherland Shire.
